Yoga- camel pose and backbend





About  the  Camel  pose

Benefits  of   camel  pose


* Camel  pose    straightens  the  round  back (the  extreme  curvature  of  the
   upper back.)

* Camel  pose   helps  to   make   a   butt   up  and  burn  the  abdominal  fat.

* This  pose   has   a  therapeutic  benefit  about   a   frozen  shoulder


How  to   do  camel  pose


1.  Kneel  on  the  floor  with  hip  distance  apart  and  bring  the  hands
    behind  the  back.

2.  Bend  your  upper  body  while  you're  breathing  in.

3. Touch  your  hands  on  the  heels   while  you're  breathing  out.
   (Stay  in  this  pose  for  10 seconds~ 1 minutes  and  you  should  remember
     tighten  the  stomach.)

4. Slowly  raise  the  upper  body  with  an  inhalation  to  come  up.
    ( you  should  support  the  back  with  the  hands  when  you  raise  the
       upper  body.)

Benefits of  Back bending   pose


There  are  various  back bending   yoga  posture,  standing  back bending   pose

is  good  for   the  spine,  round back, round  shoulder  and  chest.




How  to  do   the  standing  back  bending   yoga  pose




1.  feet  together  , and  then  straighten  the  spine

2.  Make  sure  that  you  look  straight  ahead.

3. Inhale  and   raise  your  arms  above  your  head.

4. Straighten  the  arms  while  touching   the  ears  with  your  arms.

5.  Exhale, and  slowly  bend  your  upper body  backward  while
     pushing  the  pelvic  area  forward.


6. Look  at   the   finger,  and  then  lower  your  arms   gently


7. Inhale  and   raise  your  upper body   exhale  and  relax
