Yoga on the beach when you have a vacation

Summer  beach  can  be  a  natural  yoga  studio  for  anyone.
It  will  be  really  amazing  to  practice  yoga  alone  when  no  one  is
there.
Waking  up  in  the  morning  and  walking  to  the  seaside  to  do  yoga
in  the  place  Mother  nature  rents  out  for  free !!!
Return  to  the  hotel  room,  order  room  service  for  breakfast  such  as
eggs, congee, dumpling  and  rice  noodles   leisurely.
Taking  a  naptime  is  a  good  vacation  idea !!!

At  day's  end,  let's  go  to  the  beach  again  to  watch  the  many  colors
of  sunset.
Let's  dip  your  feet  in  the  sea  water....
Then,  do  the  tree  yoga  pose  to  balance  yourself  on one leg  with
the  waves  on  the  sea....

The  view  of  a  hotel  room  is  beyond  any  possibility  of  expression  in  words
when  you  open  the  window.
You  could  do  sun salutation  marveling  at  the  beautiful  sunset  and  see  a
glowing  skin  without  craning your  neck  out  of  the  window.


Beach  yoga

Beach  yoga   is  a  yoga  exercise   to  feel  the  sea  on  the  beach.
Yoga  exercise  on  the  beach  helps  to  boost  the  circulation  of  blood
around  the  body,  and   above  all  things,  it  satisfies the  conditions  which
have  never  before  been  met  on  the  yoga  studio  like  air  ventilation.
