Yoga- cobra

If  you really  want  to  fill  your  life  with   energy  and  joy,  cobra  pose
will  be  really  helpful.

Cobra pose  corrects  the  spine  and  promotes  the  circulation of the blood.
Cobra pose  will  be  really  helpful  to  a  woman  who  wants  to  have
a  supple  and  toned  waist ,  furthermore   this  pose  can  stretch  all  over
the  body  to  be  toned  and  smooth.


How  to  do  basic  cobra  pose

1.  Lie  on  your  belly  on  the  mat  and  place  your  hands  on  the floor
    while  you're  stretching  legs.

2. Inhale  and  lift  the  upper body.

3. Raise  your  head  and  chest

4. Stay in  this  pose  for 20 seconds.

5. Go  down  the  belly, chest  and  forehead  to  the  floor.

Q:  I  usually  hurt  my  back  when   I  practice  cobra  pose....

A:  You  might  feel   pain  in  your  back  if  you  straighten  the  arm  totally
      when  you  do  cobra  pose, further  your  back pain  can  be  worse.

     So  you  had   better  try  to  lift   the  upper  body  using  a  back  muscle  of
      upper  body  without  straightening  the  arms.
   


Q: I've  been  practicing  yoga  for  about  4  months, but  sometimes  I  feel
    dizzy  when  I   practice  cobra  pose.

A:  Occasionally  you  feel  dizzy  because   the  circulation  of  your blood  and  your       energy  boost  very  well  from  your  head  to  your  whole  body.
    However,  what  you  feel  dizzy  will  be  disappeared  if  you  practice  cobra
   pose  steadily   for  a  long  time .
