Yoga steals my heart every single day , I think the more I do yoga , the
healthier I become.
I never have the patience to continue the other workout , but now I've been
practicing yoga for 3 years.
I'd like to share my yoga tip for yoga newbies even though I still think I'm a beginner.
1. Attend one trial class before yoga class session
It is not too late to register the yoga class session after participating
the trial class to check if the class is hard on your body or not.
2. Wash your feet before the class
I think that's the personal hygiene and moreover it is useful to help
prevent itchy skin.

1. Sukhasana (easy and simple cross legs)
Sukhasana is 1st yoga posture to enter the yoga world.
This pose helps to reduce the stress and insomnia.
How to do this pose
Sit on the mat (or sit on the bed if you don't prepare yoga mat yet.)
Put your legs crossed and place your hands on the knees.
Don't forget to keep your spine straight and slowly close your eyes.
2. Butterfly pose
Butterfly pose is a great yoga therapy to cure the asthma.
how to do butterfly pose
Sitting on the mat with the feet together and touch the knees
on the floor to the side, so your legs looks like a butterfly wing.
Hold the ankles with the both hands and pull it to your center.
Fold your upper body forward while breathing in and out.
Yoga tip for beginners
1. When shall I do yoga?
: You can do yoga anytime you feel comfortable, however you'd better
take in the morning or evening if you have to take yoga time.
You can start a day because you will get an energy and a vitality
when you practice in the morning, while you can sleep well when
you practice in the evening.
2. Where can I do yoga?
You can practice yoga anywhere , especially if there is a place like
calm and clean , it will be a proper place to do yoga.
