{16}yoga- cowface

Our  muscles  of  the  body    contract   when  we  always  use   both  arms  and
hands  in  our  daily  lives  and  no  wonder  that  our  neck  and  shoulders  are
uncomfortable.
Being  in  that  habits   can  develop  the  risk  of   neck  disk  without  relieving  the
fatigue  in  the  neck  and  shoulder.
At  a  time  like  this,  what  you  need  is  " Cowface" yoga  pose !
You  can  feel  that  your  muscles  in  the  shoulders  become  softer  if  you  practice
this  pose  regularly.
Cowface  pose  will  solve  the  problem  if  you are  suffering  from  an  insomnia
because this  pose  improves  a  blood  circulation  of  arms  to  stimulate
shoulder joint.
Cowface  can  correct  the  wrong  spine  and  pelvic  area , in addition,  this  pose
can  make  a  toned  arm  to  stimulate  the  blood  circulation  of  arms.



How  to  do  Gomukhasana(cowface)  pose

1. Sit  down  and  bend  the  knees  to  bring  the  left  knee  on  the
  right knee.

2.Raise  your  left  arm  to  bring  the  hands  on  the  back, and  the
  grasp  the  left  hand  with  the  right  hand.
  (Bend  your  torso  to  touch  your  forehead  on  the  floor  while  you  are  breathing  out  after  breathing  in.)

3. Stay  this  pose  for  20~30 seconds  while  taking  a  breath  slowly.
  (Press  the  lower  abdomen  strongly  with  your  foot.)

4. Repeat  the  opposite  position.

5. Release  the  legs  and  relax



Caution !!!
Do  not  bend  the  elbows  when  you  are  stretching   the  chest.
Release  the  neck  , shoulder  and  upper body.


Advice  for  a  beginner

Use  a  towel   if   you  feel  difficult  when  you  practice  cowface  pose.
