The  balance  of  our  body  is  very  important  to  our  health  as  well as
our  beauty.
The  imbalance of  the  body  is  usually  caused  by   the problem of  our  inner  body.

It  will  be  taking  a  long   time  to  correct  the  body  and  face  if  you  just  want  to  improve   the  appearance   without  an  improvement  of  inner  body.

What  is  a  balance  yoga ?


Balance  yoga   is   a  yoga  focused   on   improving  the  flexibility  and
muscle  strength.

Students  can  find  the  bio-rhythm  through  the  class  because   the  purpose
of  balance  yoga   to  balance  the  body.

Q and  A 

Q:  I  have   difficulty   making  a  decision   whether   I  should   do   yoga  or
     weight  training  for  the  weight  loss.
     On  the  specifics  I'm  talking  about  things   that   I  think  my  posture  is
     unbalanced . ( I'm  sad  because  I'm  overweight  and  out  of  shape.)
 
 


A :  The  reason  why  I  recommend  yoga   first   is   the  unbalance  of  your
      posture,   it's  difficult  to  succeed  in  weight  loss  even  though  you
      workout  so  hard   if   your  body  is   unbalanced.

      You'd  better   weight  training   after  balancing   with  yoga.
