yoga- balasana for nature therapy


Child pose(Balalsana)



How  to do this pose


1)  Sit  on  the  heels  
     (you'd  better  touch  your  big  toes  each other .)
     and  then  place  your  hip  on  the  floor  between  both  big  toes.
      Sit  up  straight  and  look  ahead.



2) Exhale  and   bend  your  upper body  and  touch  your  forehead 
    on  the  floor.
   (Place  your  both  arms  on  the  floor  and  palms  up  to  the  sky.)
     Stay  this  pose  for  3 minutes.


3) Exhale  and  slowly  raise  your  trunk.


4) Breathe  gently  and  relax.
