People  who  stay  in  hotel  frequently    won't  skip  morning  buffet,  swimming pool  or  spa,  however   why   don't   you   have  your   own  yoga  studio  in  a  hotel  fitness  room?
It  also  will  be  a  good  idea  to  come   to   fitness   room  before   you   have  a  breakfast.

All  you  need  to  do  is  what  you  are  just  bring  a  yoga  mat  when  you   visit  a  hotel.
Moreover,  it  will  help  to  stimulate  your  passion  to   travel  and   appetite  to   your
morning  buffet  in  the  hotel  you  are  staying.





Bridge  pose  for  beginner  can  do  in  a  hotel

1.  Lie  down  on  the  mat  and   bend  the  knees  while   bring  the  feet  flat  on
     the  floor.


2.  Lift  the  hip  slowly  while  bringing   both  hands  onto  the  back  and  remember

    that  you  should  keep  the  head  and  shoulders  on  the  floor.    

3.  Then  raise  the  hip    to  the  sky  as  mush  as  possible   making   a  good  arch.


   (you  can  release  the  hands  and  place  them  on  the  floor,  then  intertwining  fingers
   each  other  is  your  option.-  It's  an  advanced   pose)


4. Hold  this  pose  for  30 seconds   and  release  the  hands  and  lower
   the  back   to  come  up.

* Toxins  in  the  inner  body  are  released  into  the  air  when  you
  practice  bridge  pose.

*Doing  bridge  pose  helps   to  keep  spine  and  wrist  more  supple.

*Abdomen  will  be  strengthen  and  firm  after  practicing  bridge  pose.
