1. Choosing  spring  or  summer  as  a  forest therapy  season  is  better
  than  autumn  and  winter  because  phytoncide  is   very  high  in  spring
  or  summer.

2. Walking  in  the  forest  at  noon  or  in  the  afternoon  is  much  more
   effecitive  than  in  the  morning  or  evening.

3. How  to  walk  in  the  forest
  Having  a  meal  before  you  walk  in  the  forest  an  hour  ago  helps
  to  get  energy  to  walk.
  Walk  slowly  when  you  go  to  uphill  or   downhill  road,  however  it's
  better  to  walk  fast  when  you  go  to  the  flatland.

4. Breathing  in  the  forest
  You'd better wear   cotton  clothes   to  get   oxygen  through  the  skin  and  find  the  quiet  and  peaceful  place  to  breathe.
  Imagine   that  pure  oxygen   is  coming  to  your  body  when  you  breathe 
  in.

I  think   yoga  is  really  great  workout  in  the nature, especially ..
in  the  forest.
