{1}Yoga- King pigeon pose

People  who  work  in  the  office  are  more  likely  to  be  in  the groin  discomfort  sometimes  by   spending  a lot  of  time  in  front  of  computer.

One  way   to  solve  the  groin  discomfort  would be   definitely  a   king  pigeon pose. King  pigeon  pose  improves  the  flow  of  lymph  and  the  blood  circulation  between  the  upper body  and  the  lower  body  by  releasing  the  tension of  the  groin.

King pigeon pose  will  be  helpful  when  you  feel  overwhelmed  by  pressure  and  if  you  really  want  to  start  without  any  anxiety.

One  of  the  yoga  pose  to  relieve  the  stress  could  be  king  pigeon  pose,  this  pose  is  also  a  special  way  to  cure  the  pain  caused  by  the  stress.

Check  before  you  practice  king  pigeon pose
:   You should  release  the  tension  in  the  muscle  of  your  body  before
     you  are  trying  to  perform  the  king  pigeon  pose.


1. Sit  on  the  mat  while  bending  your  both knees  and  raise the upper body.

2. Bring  your  right  leg  forward  and  stretch  your  left  leg  backward.
    (Bend  your  left  knee.)

3. Place  your  hands  on  the  floor  to  balance  your  body.

4. Extend  the  left  arm  to  the  left  leg  and  rotate  the  trunk  to  the  left.

5. Bend  the  left  knee  to  hold  the  left  ankle  .

6. Hold  the  tiptoe  with  both  hands  and  take  a  deep  breath  for  30seconds.

     even  though   I'm   not   flexible  now?
    I  really  want  to  be  flexible  like  a   rhythmic  gymnast  and  wonder

A :  It  is  difficult   to  improve a   flexibility  in  a  short  time  and   also
      it's  true  that  stretching   can   be   some  painful  to  improve.

      However, it  should  be  gradual  rather  sudden  to  avoid  the  injuries
      while  you  are   stretching.

     yoga  pose  similar  to  king  pigeon  pose.
     I  want  you  to  recommend  for  me  to  substitute  king  pigeon  pose  as
     a  same  level.

   I'd  like  to  recommend  "revolved  seated  forward  bend  pose  to  substitute
   king pigeon pose.
   The  benefits  of  "revolved  seated  forward  bend"  is  somewhat  like  a  king            pigeon  pose,  it  also  improves  a  blood  circulation, reduces  a  stress and  mile
   depression  and  tones  abdominal  muscles  and  organs.
