Yoga -Half lotus pose before Lotus pose (padmasana )

People  want  to  find  an  inner  peace  with  a  consciousness  or a  subconsciousness through  a  meditation.
We  always   should  train  our  mind  through  the  meditation  to  get   a  continuous
peace.

{1}Place  for  the  meditation.
  Choose  a  room  or  a  place   to  use  a  meditation  only.
  Always  clean  and  tidy  up  the  room  when  you're  ready  for  a  meditation.

{2} Time  for  the  meditation
  Avoid  the  daily  time, busy  time  or  the  ordinary  time  for  the  meditation.
  Dawning  and  dusk   is  good  for  the  meditation   because  you  can
 get  an  energy  of  the  universe  with  a  spiritual  power.

  You  can  get  the  vital energy  at  dawn   and   a  good  night's  sleep
  at  sun down.



{3} Half  lotus  pose

1) Sit  on  the  mat  with  your  legs  straight  in  front.

2) Bend  your  right  knee  and  bring  the  right  knee  down on  the  floor.

3) Hold  your  right  foot  with  the  hands  and  place  the  feet  on  the 
    opposite   thigh.

4) Slide  your  left   leg  under  the  right  thigh  and  place  your  both
    hands  on   the  thigh.

5) Take  the  breath  gently  while you  are  closing  your  eyes.


Caution !!!
Men  should  bring  the   left  foot   on   the  right  thigh  ,  while   women 
 should   bring  the  right   foot  on  the  left  thigh   when  they  perform half  lotus  pose .
