{11}yoga- pigeon pose- easy

Q:  I want  to  perform  pigeon  pose  perfectly, but  it's  not  possible  now
because  I'm  not  flexible at  all.
Do  you  know  the  easy  pose   before  I'm  doing  pigeon  pose?

A :  Probably  for  beginner,  pigeon  pose   seems  to  be  difficult  at  first,
so  preparation pose   is  needed  to  practice  pigeon  pose  later.
There  are  some  yoga  pose   to  help  when  you  practice  pigeon pose.
Cobra, half moon,  bridge  pose  is  useful,  and  also  half  pigeon  pose,  too.

Half  pigeon  pose

Pigeon  pose   is  the  best  workout   for  the  people  who  have  a
round  back  and  shoulder.
Pigeon  pose  also  corrects  an  imbalance  of  the  pelvis.
The  backache  and  the  lumbago   is  caused  by  the  imbalance  of  the
pelvis.
But   people  who  are  suffering  from   the  backache  or  frozen  shoulder
might  hesitate  to  practice   the  original  pigeon  pose  because  it's  an
intermediate  level  or   someone  who  has  really  flexible  muscle.
So  Half  pigeon  pose  can  be  the  substitute  for  the  original  pigeon
pose.
I   recommend  this  pose  not  only   the  one  who  suffers  from  a  pain
but  also  seniors.

How  to  do  half  pigeon  pose

1.  Start by sitting  with  one  knee  is  bent  and  the other  knee(and leg) on
    the  floor.

2. Slowly  your  bent  knee  to  the  behind  and  rotate  your  torso  while
placing  your  hands  on  the  knee.

3. Hold  this  pose  for  1 minutes  or  come  into  forward  to  stretch  more.

Benefits  of  half  pigeon  pose

Half  pigeon  pose  helps  to  make  a  toned  waistline  to  stimulate  the  waist.
It  is  a  great  workout  to  lose  a  lower body  and  the  best  abdominal  exercise.
