yoga  pose.
Doing  yoga  helps  to aid   the  circulation of  blood,  eliminate  toxin  and  waste  matters
from our body. 
Now, let's  talk  about  yoga  pose  to   become   younger  without  any  plastic  surgery.


Twisting  yoga  pose

Twisting yoga pose  helps  to  eliminate   waste  matters  from  our  body.
Twisting yoga  pose  also  strikes  a  balance  between  body  and  mind.
It  can  make  the  spine  flexible  and   tones  and  trims  the  waistline, 
not  to mention   that   one of  the  secret  of  such  a  tiny  waist  of  hers
  is  to  do  twisting pose.

1. Sit  and   cross  your  legs  and  maintain  a   correct  posture  while  you
   are  breathing  in ( Lengthen  the  spine  and  do  not  bend  the  back  or
  the  shoulder.)

2. Bring  your  hands   behind  the  trunk  and   place  your  palms  on  the
   floor.

3. Rotate  your  trunk   to  the  right  while   breathing  out  and  put  the
  left  hands  on  the  right  thigh.

3. Stay  in  this  pose   for   20  seconds.




Cat  pose

Cat  pose  improves  the  circulation  of  blood,  then    the  blood  circulation  is  related  to  the  anti-aging?
The  lack  of   blood  circulation  causes   the  headache, constipation, menstrual  irregularity,  and   skin -aging(than  average).


Make  a  table  with your body  and   lift  your  hip  while  pushing  down  your waist.

Raise  your  head  and  stay  this  pose  for 10 seconds.
Then  lengthen  your  back  while  you're  lifting  the  waist.




Cobra  pose

Practicing  cobra  pose  regularly  helps  to  firm   and  tone   the  flabby  arms. 

Lie down on  the  mat   and  place  your  hands  close  to  the  chest.
Bend  the elbows  and  spread  the  fingers .
With  inhalation,  raise  your  upper  body .


Bridge  pose

Bridge  pose  is  great  workout  to  firm  and  tone  up  the  hip  .
Bridge  pose  helps  to  relieve  the  symptoms  of   menopause  and  reduces  the  fatigue  and  anxiety.


Lie  down  on  the  mat  with   your  knee  bent  and  put  the  palms  on  the  floor.


Lift  your  hips  towards  the  sky  while  pressing  your  feet and  palms  on   the  floor.





Relaxation  yoga

Lie  down on  the mat  and breathe gently  while  placing   your  both  hands   beside  the waist.

You  can  use   an  eye-pillow  to  relax  your  eyes  when  you  do  relaxation   pose.
When  I   have  been  in  Tokyo,  I   attended  yoga  class  to  take  a  rest
from  a  fatigue  of  my  journey  in  Japan.
Yoga  instructor  in  Tokyo   gave  us   an  eye  pillow  to  practice  relaxation.
and  it  was  really  calm  and  soothing  experience  to  me  even  though
I  didn't  get  a  massage  in  hotel.
