Lunch time at vegetarian buffet



Today I went to a vegetarian buffet restaurant for lunch with my parent.



It is always not easy to choose  the food   I  really want   to  try  in a buffet. 

Anyways I choose a pumpkin bean salad,  tofu, vegetable salad, jinseng salad. 


About  Tofu

A  calorie  of  tofu  is  84 kcal  for  100 g.

Tofu  is  a  very  healthy  food  for  the  people  who  are  suffering  from

the  high  blood  pressure.

Tofu  also  helps  to   prevent  from  the  osteoporosis  and  the  breast  cancer.


About  Jinseng

Jinseng  helps  to prevent  from  cancer  and  it  can  improve  if  your  liver

doesn't  work  very  well.


Caution!!!

However,  avoid  the  jinseng  if   you're  suffering  from  the  diabetes  and

high  blood  pressure.





Pumpkin  soup,  bread  with strawberries  jam,  white  mushroom,

fried  potato  with   asparagus,   fruit  salad.



Benefit  of  pumpkin


1. Many  people  don't  even  know  that  pumpkin  prevents  from  losing 
   hair, especially  the  pumpkin  seed oil  can  control   the  hair  loss
    related   element.


2. Pumpkin  plays  an  important  role  in  preventing  breast  cancer  , a
      pumpkin  seed  has  a  good  influence  on  preventing   other  cancers   as           well  as  breast  cancer.



Benefits  of   asparagus

Eating  asparagus  helps  to  protect   various   cancers (such as  a  breast  cancer,
colon  cancer  and  lung  cancer.)

Asparagus  is   a  great  food  for  anti-aging   because   it  has  plenty  of  
anti-oxidants.
