Many soldiers can be suffering in chronic pain from an injury of battle or mock combat , wearing heavy body armor on the march.
Yoga exercise is very useful to treat soldier's pain.
There are various yoga exercises for soldier in many countries.

Benefit of eagle pose
: Practicing eagle pose regularly increase the concentration, balance,
control power and ability to think.
: Eagle pose helps our energy and our blood flows our whole body.
: Eagle pose also strengthen the muscle of the ankle and the knee.
How to do eagle pose
Step 1.
Start by standing erect with the feet together and tighten the hip
and thigh while straighten the spine.
Step 2.
Raise your right legs at the 90 degrees and wrap the left calf using
the top of the foot.
Step 3.
Overlap the left elbow in the inner part of right elbow, then bend the
upper body forward.
