Have  you ever heard about  "doga"  ?
Yoga  for  dog ,  also  called  "doga"  is  workout  for  both  human  and  dog
to  promote   physical  and  mental  health.
People  can  practice  yoga  sharing  feelings  with  their  dog.

the  yoga, meditation   and   massage.


How  to  do  yoga  with  your  dog
   Doga  butterfly  pose
  Sit  down on the floor  and  put  your  soles  together
  Cup your  hands  over  your  dog's   groin  and  feel  your  doggy's  pulse.
  As  you  breathe  in, sit up right   and  bend  your  upper body  with an exhalation
   while   you're   leaning  on  your  doggy's back.
  Relax   for  a  while  with  an  inhalation.
  Breathe out  slowly  while you're  coming  back.
