People  being  city  life  style   seem  to  be  convenient   and  comfortable,
but  most  of  them   don't  even  know   how  harmful   city  life   will  be
eventually.
Our  health  can  be  getting  worse and worse   slowly  when  we  are
getting  better  and  better  in  city  life  style.
Right  now,  how  about  escaping  from  the  busy  city   to  rest  and  relax
in  the  yard?

How  to  do   yoga  in the  city

1.   Escape  from  the  sun
A  great  time  to  do  yoga  in  the  city   is   6:00~10:00  a.m.  during  the  
spring  and  autumn   and   6:00~7:00  a.m.  in  summer  season.


2. Find  the  view
Yoga  with  a  view  of  tall  buildings   would  be   very  amazing, but  it's worth
escaping   the many  signboards on  the  roof  of   buildings  that  cause  the  
obstruction  of   the  concentration  while  doing  yoga.
It  can  be  a  good  place  for  yoga  if  you  see  a  river  or  a  sea  is  a  stream
of water flows.

3. Bring  water bottle  or  fruit juice.
Don't  forget  to  drink  water  for  optimum  health  and  proper  hydration.
Drinking  a  cup  of  water  before  workout  can  boost  an  exercise  effectively.
Watermelon  juice  or  lemon   may  be  much  better  than  the  water  bottle
because  it  is  not  only  tasty  but  also  can  slake  the  thirst  in  your  throat.

4. Handkerchief  for  the  eye  health
Handkerchief  would  be  really  useful  when  you  do  corpse pose   if  you
don't  have  an  eye pillow.

5. Bring a  memo pad
You  might  feel  so  good  if  you  take  up  the  pen   to  describe  about  the  yoga  posture  that  you  practiced  after  finishing  yoga  even though you have  a  smart  phone.
