yoga for frozen shoulder

My  student  in  yoga therapy  class  told  me  that  she  suffered  from
the  frozen  shoulder  1  year  ago.
She  tried  to   treat  this  symptoms, so  went  to  the  hospital  to  receive
injection, take  medicine, get  a  physical  therapy.
However,  she  had  been  in  a  constant  pain, eventually  she  decided  to register  yoga  therapy  class  without  any  expectation.
She  practiced  yoga  pose   to  release  the  muscle of  neck  and  shoulder,
and  she  said  that  it   was  helpful  to  her.

4  life  tips  to
prevent  from  a  frozen  shoulder

1. correct  posture
A  correct  posture  is  a  1st  step  to  be  life  without  a  pain.
Straighten  up  your  shoulder  and  spine, tighten  your  stomach.

2. sleeping  posture
Lying  flat  on  the  bed  is  important  to  be  healthy,  so   you  should
be  careful  not  to  lie  on  your  face  or  lie  on  your  side   on  the  bed.

3. Warm  neck  and  shoulder
Placing   the  warm  towel  on  the  neck and  shoulder  when  you  relax
can  release  the  fatigue  and  the  muscle.
Moving  neck and  shoulder  joint  while  you  are  soaking  in  the  bathtub
can  recover   from  fatigue.

4. Proper  workout
Swimming , walking, stretch and yoga  can  help  for  the  frozen  shoulder,
however   the  excessive  stretch and yoga  cannot  help  to  treat  the
frozen shoulder, so  finding  a  proper  practice  comes  first.

                                        Ask

Q: Hi,  I'm  31 years old  office  worker  and  I have a question  for  you  if  I have
frozen  shoulder  or  not.  I  thought  that  only  old  people  can  suffer  from
a  frozen  shoulder  but  nowadays  I  heard  young  people ,too.
I  get  ansty  after  I  heard  about  it,  first  my  shoulders  are  stiff  and  discomfort  usually.  I  think  that  would  have  been  worse  when  the  weather  is  so  bad.

A: Even  teenagers can suffer  from a  frozen  shoulder  caused  by  the computer and
   smartphone  nowadays.
