Benefits  of  pilates
1)  Corrects  posture
The  most  important  benefit  in  pilates  is  to  correct  a  wrong  posture.
Many  movement  in  pilates  helps  to  correct  the  posture  because
 it  can  develop   the  muscles  with  a  right   pose  workout.

2) Flexibility
Pilates  movement  using  a  ball  or  mat   has  a  benefit  to  release
the  muscles ,  it  also  release  the  tension  of  the  body.

Q;  I'm suffering  from  a  forward  head  posture  and  lumbar  disc  disease,
     is  it  possible  for  me  to  start  pilates  now?

     Private  lesson will  be  better  when  you  start  pilates  exercise,  moreover
     learning  private  pilates   enough  before  coming   a  group  pilates  class

Q:  I'm  planning  to  start  pilates  this  winter  to  lose  weight , however  I'm  not sure  if   it  is  helpful  or  not.  I  tried  many  different  workouts  but  failed, so  I really  don't  feel  up  to  it.  Can  you  explain  that  pilates  is  a  good  way  to  lose  weight?
