warm-up exercise

I  see  many  people  ignore  warm up  exercise  in  summer.
Maybe  they  think  they  don't  need  a  warm  up  because  it's  already
warm and  hot  in  summer.
But  remember  you  can  regret  about  it  if  you  will  ignore  warm  up.



There  are  5  reasons
  you  should  warm  up  before  workout.


1. Beginning

 Your  mind   will  be  calm  and  your  body  will  be  warm  through   the
  warm-up  exercise.

2. Activation  of  body
Warm up  exercise  helps  to   increase  the  circulation  of  blood   that
muscles  you  would  use.

3. Prevention  of  injury
It  release  the  joint  and  muscles   easy  and  safely  through  the
simple  movement,  so   it  reduces  the  injury  while  you're  exercising.

4. Awaken
Warm  up  exercise  can  awake  the  nerve  of  primary  muscles  to  do
hard  core  workout.

5. mind  control
It  helps   that  you  can  control  your  mind  to  do  a   successful  result 
 before  workout .



How  to  warm up
1.  You'd  better  warm  up  your  muscles   by  doing  gentle  movement.
2. You  should  start  slow   when  you're  doing  warm  up  exercise.
3.  Breathe  gently  and  slowly   while  doing  warm  up  and  do not
      exercise   to  the  point  of  pain.
