How  to  do  boat  pose

1. Lie  down  on  the  back  while   both  arms   are  on  the  side  and
    put  the  palms  on  the  floor.

2.  With  an  inhalation, raise  the  upper  body  and  legs  at  45 degree  angles.
     (Both arms  is  paralleled  to    the  both  legs   raising  the  both  arms,
       and  put  the  chin  down.)

3.  Come  down  with  an  exhalation   and   do  the  savasana   to  end  up
    this  pose.

1. Avoid  alcohol  before  hot  spring
  It  can  lead  to  a  stroke   if  you  are  stimulated   with  hot  water
  while  intoxicated.

2. Avoid    hard  core  exercise   before  hot  spring
  You  can  become  dehydrated  if  you  take  a  hot  bath   after
  you  did  exercise  in  a  sweat.
