yoga - leg up on the wall

Leg  up  on  the  wall  is  the  best  posture  for  woman  who  has  
thick  calves  to  burn  out.

Doing   this  pose  for  10 minutes  before  you  sleep  can  soften and  lighten
your  legs  ( especially  if  you  work  on  your  feet  all  day.)

Woman  who  is  suffering  from  the  leg  edema,  the  persistent  fatigue,
will  be  helpful  and  people  who  always  feel  listless  will  be  fresh
through  this  pose.

But  remember  that  you  should  do  this  pose  for  just  10  minutes.
Overtime  can  lead  to  the   back  injury.


How  to   do  " Leg  up on  the  wall"
1.  Lie  on  the  floor  near  the  wall.

2.  Raise  the  legs  on  the  wall  while  you're   touching  the  hip  near
    the  wall.    

3.  Make  a   " L"  with  your  legs   and  trunk.

4. Stay  in  this  pose  for   10 minutes.



Ask about  "Legs up  on the wall"
Q; I  usually  have  a  cramp  in  my  legs  since  I  do  "Legs up  on the wall"
    pose  for  15 minutes.  Why  is  that?

A: You  may  have  a  cramp  in  your  legs  because  the  problem of  a blood
    circulation.
    You  should  change  your  posture  frequently to encourage  blood  flow.
    You  had  better  do  "Legs  up  on the wall"  pose  for  5 minutes, then  release     the  legs  on  the  floor   to  relax , then  repeat  the  posture.

Legs  up  on  the  wall   pose   restores  when  you  feel  that  your  feet  or
legs  are  very  tired.
