Namaste  yoga  pose,  to  be  accurate,  a  reverse  namaste  yoga pose  is  really
great  for  most  of  us.  Using   thumbs and wrist  a  lot  while  working  on  a  smartphone  or  a computer  and  even  carrying  a  luggage  in  our  daily  life
makes  us  tight,  so  a  reverse  namaste  pose  can  release   the  tension  in  our
body.

Most of   women   don't  even  notice  that   "Namaste"  yoga  pose   helps  to  lift  the  breast  naturally.
"Namaste"  pose  is  a  simple  and  easy  exercise  to  lift  the  breast .



How  to  do   Namaste  pose


1. Sit  on  your  heels (or  sit  with  your  legs  crossed )
     and  lift  the  trunk  (You should  sit erect.)

2. Put  your palms  together   behind  the  back.

3. Place  your  hands  inwards  and  raise  them  up  to  the  spine.

4. Put  your  shoulders  back  and  elbows  down.

5. Breathe  slowly  and  calmly.

6. Stay   this  pose  for  20 seconds.

7. Now,  release  your  hands  and  bring  your  legs  forward.



Benefits  of  Namaste pose
 Namaste  pose  will  be  the  best  therapy  when  you  have  a  stiff
  shoulders.
 Namaste  pose  also  is  a   great  workout  for   natural  breast  lift  
 when  the  palms  are  joining  each  other  behind  the  back.
Namaste  pose  helps  to  open  your  heart  chakra .



About  namaste
Namaste  is  a   greeting  of  social  convention   when  people  meet  or  leave.
In  namaste,  nama  means  "bow"  and  "te" means   to  you.
Person  bows  slightly   with   the  palms  together and   fingers  pointing
to the sky  when   he  or  she  says  namaste.

     At  first,  put  your  palms  together , then  raise  your  arms  at  the chest
     level. Press  the  palms  each  other  for  10 to  15 seconds, then  draw  in
     your  breath  and  breathe  out  deeply.
