How  about  enjoying  home  spa  when  you  are  tired ?
Spa  can  increase  the  metabolism and eliminate  the  waste  matters
from  a  body.
It  reduces  stress  and  relieve  the  fatigue  to  keep  calm  the  body
and  mind.
To  avoid  having  a  meal  before  bath  is  all  you  need  to  remember
because  it  can  produce  a  stomach  upset   if   you  take  a  bath
right  after  having  a  meal   is  caused  by  a   blood  to  close  the  stomach.
Probably  it  will  be  the  best  idea  to  drink   water  or  warm  tea
before  spa  to   reduce  the  moisture  while  you're  taking  a  bath.
But  you  should  avoid  a  coffee  or   tea  contained the  caffeine.

Plunge  bath
Plunge bath can  relieve  the  fatigue  at  short time  to  metabolize , and  also
it  would be better  to  give  a  self  massage  to  release  the  muscles.
(Plunge  bath  is  for  someone  who  work  all  day  or  do  the  hard core
exercise.)

Yoga  relaxation   after  spa

photo- yoga  relaxation

1.  Foot  and  legs
Lie  down  on  the  floor  and   lift  the  right  foot   off  the  ground  slightly.
Hold  this  pose  for  10 minutes  giving   a  tension  in  the  right  leg,  then
lower  the  right  leg  on  the  ground.  Repeat  the opposite.

*Relieving  the  energy and the blood  in the legs*
Relieving the energy and the blood  in  the  legs  improves  the  flexibility of  the
hip  joints  and  the  muscle  of  the  thighs.
Lie down on  the  floor  with  your  legs  and  feet  together, bend  your  right  knee
with  an  inhalation  while  holding  the  knees  with  both  hands.
Bring  the  right  thigh  to  the  chest  while  breathing  out and  stay  in this  pose
for  about  20 seconds.  Slowly  release  the  leg  and  relax  a  few  while  and
  change  the  position.

2. Hands  and  arms
Raise  your  right  hand  off  the  ground  slightly  while  you're  lying  down
 on  the  floor.
Clench  the  right  fist  and  give  the  tension, then  drop  the  right  hand  to
 relax.
 Repeat  the  left  hand.

3.Chest
Lift  the  chest  and  the  back   giving  a  tension  and  drop  them  slightly.
(Don't  forget  to  keep  the  head  and  the  hip  on  the  floor.)
