{20}yoga-meditation
Meditation is profound like an ocean, in other words , being meditation
is not just what you finish from starting suddenly.
Meditation purifies the mind like dirty water is purified flowing a waterway.
Meditation to find myself
Do you know who really you are?
What will you leave to you if you throw away what you exist
as " I am" ?
What if you will throw your thought, emotion, memory, concept and
costume?
Maybe you will find what you are.....
Meditation
I drove into a path through a forest and arrived a place where is surrounded by a fragrance of tree, a sound of wind and a blue sky.
Lots of people degraded to the status of the onlookers who stand at
a distance.
Therefore, our days begins dried, our earth becomes lifeless and our times
gets nonsensical.
You know, soul that swim in the ocean freely brings a peace and a
happiness to all of us.
You should take a rest right away when you feel tired because one idea in the peace is much better than many ideas in busy life.
What pains you eventually is what you think of yourself.

Journey of an onsen meditation
The place is deep in the back woods and finding for the best place of
osen to soak in the open air bath.
You can experience the benefits to relax the body and mind through
an onsen meditation.
1) In the morning - onsen beauty
You can stretch your whole body in the onsen water.
A place for the meditation should be calm and peaceful, then sit with
a correct posture to relax your shoulder, to be comfortable yourself.
Correct your posture slowly moving right , left, forward and backward with
your palms on the knees.
Sink into the silence, feel the serenity and feel yourself absorbed in the serenity,
too. Release the stress and the tension while your mind, body and soul is purifying in the silence.
3) In the evening - slow breathing
The evening is a great time for meditating with a quiet and peaceful
atmosphere.
Nothing bothers you and your meditation because the Mother nature will
prepare for relaxing.
You can stretch your body with a deep breath and a slow movement for a sound sleep.
