Yoga at the river

There is  a  different  energy  from  an  exercise at  the  yoga  studio  when  you
do  yoga  with  a nature. 
You  might  feel  the  magical  energy   Mother  Nature  gives  you,   may
prove  that   you  become  one  with  nature.
There are  so many  benefits  Mother Nature gives  you   if  you  practice .
The  most  freshest  air  when  you  breathe,  the  wind  whistles  through my body,
the landscape  saves  your  eyes.
One  of  the  merit  when  you  do  yoga  in  the  river  or  the  beach
as  a  yoga  instructor  or  student   can  use  a  natural  sound  like  a  flowing  water, sound of  wind,  or  sound of  the  branches  of  the  trees   as  a  yoga
music. How  amazing  and  fresh  it  will  be !!!


Breathing  exercise
The  purpose  of  a  breathing  exercise  is   to  supply   adequate  oxygen
for  our  body.
Doing  a  breathing  exercise  well  helps  to  recover   fatigue.
You  can  have an  amazing  and  exciting  experience  if  you  have a fresh air
in  the  nature.


The flow of  the river  in  yoga
Jnana , Karma  and  Bhakti   flow  into  the  river  of  yoga  and  all  of  yogis 
proceed  towards  the  freedom  and  the  supreme bliss   along  the  way  of  yoga.
