{23}Yoga- chair pose for inner thigh

I  have  been  hanging  out  in  the  shopping  mall  since  summer is
around  the  corner  to  buy   first  bikini  for  a  vacation,  but  I  couldn't  choose
a perfect  bikini  for  me  because  of  my  inner  thighs.
I  used  to  wonder  how  I  could  reduce  the  fat  in  my  inner  thighs, so  I
decide  to  choose  yoga  practice  as  a  way  to  have  a  inner  thigh  gap.


Chair  pose  can  tone  the  inner  thighs  and  butt  while   you're  staying
this  posture.
Chair  pose  also  corrects  the  spine  and  unbalanced  body.


Chair  pose  for  beginner
First, Stand  erect  while  the  big  toes  are  closing  each other  and  the  heels
are  apart.  Slowly,  bend  the  knees  as  if  you're  sitting  in  chair.
Raise  your  arms  at  the  chest  height  and  do  not  bend  the  back.
Stay  this  pose  for  10 ~20 seconds.



Chair  pose  for  intermediate
Stand  with   with  the  feet   at   shoulder  distance  and   stretch  your
arms  forward  at  chest  height.
Slowly  lift  the  heels   and  then   bend  your  knees. 
Lift  your  heels  as  high  as  possible  while  seeing   not  to  bend
your  back.
Stay in this  pose  for  20~30 seconds.

Q: I  hurt  my  knees  whenever  I  practice  chair  pose,  and  I'm a beginner
   who  attends in the  yoga  class   a week  ago.

A: It's  not  good  if  you  stay  in  " knee  bent  pose"  more  than  10 
   seconds  if  you  are  beginner. 



How  about  chair  twist  pose?

Chair  twist  pose  can  reduce  the  back  fat  when  you  wear  a  swim suit
or  tank top  .  It  corrects  the  spine, stimulates  the  organ  and  improves
the  digestion.
