Camel pose being imagery of real camel

Camel pose  is  one  of  my  favorite  posture  when  I  studied  yoga asana
because  I  feel  fresh  and  flexible   whenever  I  practice  this  pose.


Camel  pose  (ustrasana) for  diabetes
The  camel  is  an  animal   has  both  stamina  and  muscular  strength  
enough to  cross  the  desert  rising  people  on  the  back,  especially
this  animal's  back  is  really  strong.
Camel  yoga  pose  is  a  posture  imitates  the  camel's  movement,
so  you  need  a  strong  power  to  the  back  and  the  abdominal area
than  other  asana  when  you  practice  a  camel  pose.
Talking  about  a  medical  benefits,  camel  pose  prevents  from  diabets  by improving   an  insulin   to  stimulate  a  pancreas.
This  pose  is  really  amazing  because  it  helps  to  tone  not  only  the  droopy  face  but  also  from  the butt, the  belly  to  the  bust.


Caution !!!
Be  careful  when  you're  suffering  from  the  backache  or  getting disk.
Relax  after  practicing  a  camel  pose  if  you're   beginner.



Ask about  a  camel  pose

Q; I  feel  dizzy  and  even  couldn't  walk  for  about  5 minutes after  practicing  camel      pose,  where  do  these   symptoms  come from?

A:  Anyone  can  feel  dizzy  if   they  aren't   breathing  unconsciously.
    Just  relax  and  feel  comfortable  when  you  practice  yoga.
