3) Grapefruits

Grapefruits  help  to  prevent  from  an  anti-aging  through  the  antioxidant.
Grapefruits  are  an  amazing  food  for   promoting  the  skin  reproduction  because  they  are rich  in Vitamin C  to  make  healthy  cells  and  to  stimulate  collagen.
